We are looking for a Project Administrator to join our growing team. We are keen to hear from individuals with the skills below:


Essential Skills:

  • Degree or higher education qualification in life science, biotechnology, project management or business administration.
  • Project management experience: minimum of 1 years’ experience in project administration/coordination role.
  • High level skills in managing and maintaining project documentation and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Experience in managing project budgets, tracking expenditures, and coordinating resource allocation to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
  • Hands on experience with project management tools including MS or similar platforms.
  • Ability to analyse project data, generate reports, and present insights to stakeholders.
  • Good communication skills for interfacing with teams, external partners, and regulatory bodies.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment managing multiple tasks and priorities.

Desirable Skills:​

  • Certification in project management.
  • Experience in life science field or biotechnology field.
  • Demonstrable understanding of cell therapy processes and regulatory environments.
  • Experience managing accounts and risk analysis.
  • Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Clinical Practices (GCP) related to cell therapy production and clinical trials.
  • Familiarity with quality management systems and standards relevant to cell therapy.

Work Environment :

This is a part time role.

This position may involve working with sensitive or confidential information.

This job has the potential of remote/hybrid working and may require occasional evening work.
