The Invention for Innovation | NIHR (i4i) funding programme has recently been updated to now accept applications from lead investigators based in Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales (previously only leads in England could apply).
Lead applicants may be clinicians, academics, not for profit organisations, and SMEs.
HSC R&D Division are leading the promotion of this programme on behalf of NIHR.
As part of this new opportunity HSC R&D Industry Engagement will be hosting an event to showcase the i4i funding streams on 19th March 2024.
