How can AI scribes transform the efficiency and quality of clinical documentation?

Join us for a 1-hour Lunch & Learn as we explore the real-world impact of Heidi, an AI scribe developed by Heidi Health UK, within the NHS setting.

Heidi creates clinical notes and letters by interpreting discussions between patients and clinicians. Beyond transcription, it assists in structuring consultation content into patient care plans.

In 2024, the Frailty Team at City Health Care Partnership (CHCP) piloted Heidi to assess its potential to improve note-taking and efficiency. The findings were significant: the pilot demonstrated time savings, improved note quality, and increased productivity.

Heidi has been widely implemented across the CHCP Frailty Team. It is now used by GPs, Consultants, Advanced Nurse Practitioners, Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Specialist Community Practitioners, and Pharmacists across diverse settings, including:

Urgent community response and frailty advice & guidance.

Virtual wards.

Comprehensive geriatric assessment.

Community bedded units.

In this webinar, we will present a holistic view of the pilot, combining clinical experience, independent evidence, and technical insight:

The Clinical Reality: Dr. Andrew Knoble (CHCP) shares the operational impact of implementing AI across diverse settings and how it has changed the daily workflow for clinicians.

The Evidence: York Health Economics Consortium (YHEC) presents their independent evaluation commissioned by HIYH, covering the cost-benefit analysis, tangible time-savings, and the qualitative impact on staff satisfaction.

The Tech: Heidi.ai joins the panel to discuss the technology’s capability across desktop and mobile, data privacy standards, and the roadmap for integration with clinical systems like SystmOne.

The Quality: Learn how staff feedback drove iterative changes to templates, directly improving the quality and depth of information in patient notes.

This session is intended for NHS and Healthcare Colleagues, specifically:
