Overview
In health and life sciences, being able to define and adapt personal, professional, and organisational goals can be critical to success. This webinar explores approaches to goal setting that support both individual development and strategic innovation. Drawing on goal setting and coaching models, participants will take part in reflective and practical activities. The session will particularly benefit professionals navigating change, developing or scaling innovations or enterprise growth, or mentoring others in clinical, academic, or entrepreneurial settings.
By the end of this session, participants will be able to:
- Critically evaluate goal-setting frameworks and coaching principles
- Apply insights from goal setting and coaching models to developing goals and plans
- Reflect on the role of mentoring and coaching in advancing innovation and leadership
- Develop evidence-informed goal plans aligned with personal values and ideas
