Community engagement and codesign to reach underrepresented communities
Community engagement and co-design are the heart of the JU:MP approach and we will share how this impacted on our greenspace developments, our local action plans and wider marketing and communications. This will include approaches to co-designing with communities that worked well, plus challenges we faced in the process. Sonia Fayyaz will share her journey as a community engagement manager, the key skills and attributes needed for the role and her top tips for engaging underrepresented communities.
