A free in-person event for healthcare professionals exploring women’s health, lifestyle and self-management in multiple sclerosis. Taking place at Riddell Hall, Queen’s University Belfast, this morning event will bring together healthcare professionals from across primary and secondary care to explore practical, evidence-informed approaches to MS care. The agenda will focus on the latest research in women’s health and MS, including hormonal influences, fertility, pregnancy and menopause. It will also look at the role of lifestyle pillars, including physical activity, nutrition and stress management, alongside medication and treatments. Through expert talks, case studies, peer conversations and a panel Q&A, participants will consider practical ways to integrate lifestyle and self-management conversations into routine clinical care.
