HIRANI and NICON 2023

Taking stock one year on from the HIRANI/NICON/ The Association of the British Pharmaceutical Industry (ABPI) health and wealth report https://lnkd.in/eXmTAk85, HIRANI hosted a fringe session at #NICON23 – entitled health and wealth – next steps.

With colleagues from Department for the Economy NI and Department of Health along with political representatives, Mike Farrar chaired the session and said : “Research at Queens and Ulster Universities combined is greater than that going on at, for example, Oxford. There are huge opportunities here in NI.”

NICON 23 had a full innovation strand with main stage conversations, fringe sessions and a very successful café conversations event.
