The pilot programme launched in May 2024 and will last 6 months. The mentoring pairs meet about 1h a month. Total 6h consisting of an online onboarding session, 4 x 1:1 online chat every 4-6 weeks and wrap-up/feedback session which we will aim will be in person in the Autumn.
Mentors often offer guidance on personal development, helping mentees build confidence, leadership skills, and resilience.
Provide guidance on career paths, offering insights, advice, and support to help individuals navigate their professional journeys.
Between mentors (those with expertise) and emerging innovators.
Understanding of how they can take the next step in the innovation pipeline.
Being part of a mentoring network introduces individuals to a broader professional circle. Mentees can benefit from the mentor's network, gaining access to new contacts, potential job opportunities, and resources that can further their career.
